This antique astronomy diagram of the solar system was created in London 1851 by John Emslie and published by J. Reynolds. It features the eight "principal" planets plus fifteen "minor planets" and includes a list of over fifty astronomical bodies that had been discovered at the time.
This piece inspires us with its clean design and its focus on "planets" we don't usually think about. Our solar system has more fun things than just the big eight places!
