This antique astronomy diagram of the solar system was created in London 1851 by John Emslie and published by J. Reynolds. It features the eight "principal" planets plus fifteen "minor planets" and includes a list of over fifty astronomical bodies that had been discovered at the time.
We get inspired by this design because it features "planets" we don't usually think about. Our solar system has more fun things than just the big eight places!
